Will anyone know what I ordered?+
No. The box is plain, the label carries our company name and nothing about the product, and there is no itemised invoice inside.
What shows up on my statement?+
Our company name only. Nothing describing the products.
Do I need an account?+
No. Guest checkout is complete — an account only saves your address for next time and lets you look up past orders.
Where does it ship from?+
Our own warehouse in the United States. Not from overseas, and not from a third party.
How fast is it?+
Orders placed before our daily cut-off leave the same business day. Delivery is 2–5 business days inside the U.S., longer internationally.
Can I pay by card?+
Yes — through PayPal, which accepts cards without you needing a PayPal account. Your card details never touch our servers.
Are these safe to use?+
They are cosmetic topical products meant for external use. Read the label, patch test first, and stop if your skin reacts. If you have a medical condition or take medication, ask a doctor before using anything new.
Will it affect condoms?+
Some topical formulas can weaken latex. Check the individual product label — where a product is not condom-safe, it says so.
Why are there no customer reviews?+
Because we do not have verified ones yet, and we will not invent them. When we can show real, verifiable reviews, we will.
