Times are carrier estimates after the parcel leaves our U.S. warehouse — customs can add time on international routes.
Where we ship. Worldwide — every order leaves from our own warehouse in the United States. Rates, free-shipping thresholds and delivery estimates for each region are in the table above and always reflect our current tariff.
Packaging. A plain box with no branding. The shipping label carries our company name and address only; it does not name the product. There is no itemised invoice inside the box.
Customs and duties. On international orders, import duties or taxes may be charged by your country and are the recipient's responsibility. Some countries restrict what may be imported — if a parcel is refused by customs, contact us and we will work it out together.
Unopened items. Return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. The seal must be intact and the packaging undamaged. Return shipping is yours unless the item was wrong or faulty.
Opened items. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept these back. This is standard for topical and intimate products and is not a judgment about your order.
Damaged or wrong items. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We ship a replacement at our cost or refund you in full — your choice, no return needed.
How to start. Email us with your order number and what you would like to happen. We reply within one business day with instructions. Do not send anything back before you hear from us — unannounced returns are hard to match to an order.
Refund timing. Refunds go back to the PayPal account that paid, usually within 3–5 business days of us receiving the return.
