Terms of sale
The agreement between you and us.
Age. You must be 18 or older to buy from this site. By placing an order you confirm that you are.
The products. Everything sold here is a cosmetic topical preparation or a personal lubricant intended for external use. Nothing on this site is a medicine. We make no claim that any product diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any condition, and none of the statements here have been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. If you have a medical concern, speak to a doctor rather than buying a cosmetic.
Use them properly. Read the label before use. Patch test first. Some topical products can weaken condom material — check the packaging. Stop using anything that irritates your skin.
Prices and stock. Prices are in U.S. dollars and can change without notice. If an item sells out between your order and our packing, we refund that line in full and ship the rest.
Orders we can decline. We may cancel and refund an order if we cannot ship to the destination legally, if the address fails verification, or if we suspect fraud.
Liability. Our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here removes rights your local consumer law gives you.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which our warehouse operates.
